Order Policy:

Order can be done for the available products only.
Orders will be processed after the confirmation from our customer support.

Pricing policy:

Our product prices can be changed anytime based on the market situation. None of the products are mentioned with extra price then the MRP.
But due to system malfunction or Market price change some product might show over then the actual MRP. In this situation you can contact our
Support team and we will fix the issue as soon as possible.

Technical error in prices might take place due to system malfunction also. In such situation, Dailyponno has the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

Shipping Policy:

Your product will be delivered to your door step with in the scheduled time. We are providing service is Uttara, dhaka At this moment. Any order outside uttara will be cancelled. We are also committed to deliver same day. But if you want we can arrange your suitable delivery time.

Our delivery method is free for 2-6 hours time frame ( except 1 hours delivery slot.) as we are providing completely free and no minimum order requirement for free delivery we need some time to cover the delivery that’s why our 1 hour delivery charge is 15tk which is the lowest in the market we think. Hope you will appreciate that.   

Dailyponno daily serving time 8.00am – 9.00pm. Same day order stops at 8.00pm. Order made after 8.00pm will be delivered with in 8am-10am next day. After 8.00pm it’s only 1 hours delivery option till 9.00pm otherwise nextday delivery. 

Return Policy:

Customer can return the product during delivery time or with in 24 hours. Customer can ask for either product replacement or refund as they like it to be. Product can be returned if the product is damaged, not as per customer ordered, not as per the ordered quantity, not as per the quality mentioned in the Dailyponno website, for any expiry product.

For any return or replacement customer will have to inform dailyponno.com by calling the customer care +8801678832916 with in the available customer care time.
